Planning your visit.
Everything you need to arrive prepared — from making an enquiry to the documents worth bringing along.
Planning a visit
A little preparation makes a consultation calmer and more useful. Before you travel, call the hospital to enquire about an appointment and to confirm that the doctor you wish to see is available that day. Allow time for registration on arrival, and if possible bring a family member or friend — especially for important discussions.
How to enquire about appointments
The most reliable way to enquire is by telephone on 9623473345. You can also use the enquiry form on our contact page. Please note that an enquiry is not a confirmed booking — your appointment is confirmed only when the hospital speaks with you.
Preparing for a consultation
- Write down your main symptoms, when they began and anything that makes them better or worse.
- Note relevant medical history: previous illnesses, operations, allergies and family history.
- Prepare a short list of questions — it is easy to forget them in the moment.
- Wear comfortable clothing that allows the doctor to examine the area of concern.
Bring previous medical reports
Previous records help the doctor avoid repeating tests and see how your condition has changed. Please bring, where available:
- Prescriptions and doctors’ notes
- Blood and laboratory reports
- X-ray, ultrasound, CT or MRI reports — and films or discs if you have them
- Discharge summaries from any previous hospital stay
- For pregnancy: earlier antenatal records and scan reports
Prepare your medication list
List every medicine you take — including tablets, injections, inhalers, supplements and Ayurvedic or homoeopathic remedies — with the dose and how often you take it. Bringing the strips or bottles is also helpful. Mention any medicines you have recently stopped, and any drug allergies.
A complete medicine list is one of the simplest ways to make your care safer.
Confirming doctor schedules
Doctors’ consultation days and times can change. We do not publish fixed OPD timings on this website; please call 9623473345 to confirm the schedule before your visit.
Consultation & investigation fees
Please enquire about consultation charges, investigation costs and accepted payment methods when you call. For planned procedures, ask for an estimate in advance. If you hold health insurance, please contact the hospital directly to ask about your policy — this website does not list insurance or cashless arrangements.
